Got x2 sets of keys cut. Charged £16.00. Returned the keys as they didn't work (which ended up being a massive inconvenience in itself) Told I would receive a refund to my card - still not received. After returning I did think should have got a refund receipt but - he removed it from the card machine & got rid of. But thought - reputable company like timpsons? Conveniently not received my receipt. Extremely annoyed. Would like the employee that dealt with me on Monday 1st August to resolve this as they'll be well aware of the incident.

Inaccurate and rude. Brought a pair of trousers on Thursday, told me they ll be back on Saturday, needed the trousers by Monday. When came to get them, he politely told me the trousers will be ready on next Tuesday and to get over it. No excuses, no anything! I will not recommend, the customer service is incredibly impolite

Lovely little shop, and the Manager is friendly and knowledgeable, great having this on our door step, great for the community
