Much improved. They are trying very hard to have Happy customers. Some very nice staff here. Most are very business like. Some have excellent customer service skills. Best to experience for yourselves. Pop down and see them Taz and her colleagues are very nice.

Very efficient staff. Seen to promptly on arrival and taken through to the exam are quite quickly. Good choice of frames . You don't have to purchase from them, but you are steered towards choosing your frames as soon as your testing is over. Not exactly cheap.

Still a nice place to go for all your eye needs from an eye test to picking glasses,and also anybody on certain benefits have a free eye test and a voucher off glasses !!!. Very friendly staff a smiling face and curtesy goes a long way !!!!.
