First time using King Kong Cycles, very happy with the service offer. Explained everything I needed to fix up my bike and at a very reasonable price. Definitely be back when my bike needs it's next service

Absolutely great service. My old bike’s gears were fixed expertly and rapidly and the cost was minimal. Brilliant. I will be returning when I’m ready to buy a good bike!

Absolutely horrible experience, and I would never use them again and would advise anyone else to search elsewhere. Brought my bike their for a flat tire, and they jsut replaced the tube and left the 3cm piece of glass in the tire. The new tube broke within seconds of using the bike again. Their customer service is also atrocious. My wife brought my bike in for a quick fix and they said it was a quick fix and they would call her when it was ready. After more than an hour waiting, she went back and they bike was done, but they had never called and had completely forgotten about her.

This place is absolutely amazing. Been coming here for years for my bike and all my kids bikes. From the big jobs to the small always reasonably priced, quick and efficient turn around. Highly recommend to everyone.
