First of all they installed the wrong blinds in the house, when it came to paying that’s when we realised and told them. They wasn’t helpful at all didn’t really care to be honest so we asked if they could put the correct one they said it’ll have to be after the new year time and we would have to pay for a full new set of blinds when they’re the ones to installed the wrong blinds. On top of that later on the year (today) I go to call them about there blinds as I’m having issues with it staying up the adviser was rude number one when I just genuinely needed help then she goes on to end the phone on me. 0 stars for customer service through on through horrible experience.

Have been using this company for years and always been happy but not this time. Quality has dropped considerably. I am now having to replace at great expense. You get what you pay for I guess. Fingers burned, won't use them again
