Really good quality products, shop looks small from the outside but is big when you go inside, has everything you need as advertised.Staff very friendly and helpful, prices are good aswell.

Bought 2 straight gutter brackets that were of extremely poor quality as every clip snapped the moment the gutter was put in place. The clips that hold the gutter in place on the bracket should be strong enough for you to clip it in place, every clip snapped at the slightest pressure. I even tried to bend the gutter as it was put into bracket to reduce the tension on clip but no, it snapped, 3 of the 4 clips snapped so I refused to try the last one. Went to Screwfix and bought 2 brackets from them which were £1 cheaper than these and the quality difference is phenomenal. So tried to talk to owner for a refund who point blank refused claiming they've sold x amount and never had an issue so not willing to return. I explained my story but he just wasn't interested. My advice is to buy from Screwfix or other reputable companies and avoid these guys like the plague.

Warning this is not a reputable company take your money and ignore any concerns or complaints you may have I ordered some timber via b&q and because they use an incompetent company to deliver Hermes/evri who allegedly lost a 4ftx4ft 18mm thick piece of plywood how can you lose that the have now ignored my request for a redelivery as you replied a refund given and carriers lose items your only response was item delivered your a shambolic company never to be trusted customer's be warned
