I requested a deep clean for my kitchen. I was quoted a price, that I accepted. Then I was informed, Joanne would be sending a subcontractor. I didn't really want a subcontractor but agreed after receiving assurances. On the day, no show subcontractor. I emailed Joanne, she replied, but no apology or anything else. Be warned, I hate time wasters!

Joanne has been cleaning for us for a couple of years now and we couldn't be happier with her services. The house is always lovely when she has finished and she is really reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great cleaner.

Joanne has provided a cleaning service for us for over 10 years. Her work is of a very good standard and it is always a delight to come home on Fridays after her visits. I would recommend Joanne to any friend or relative without hesitation based on the standards of her work, her honesty and her integrity. She is also well organised, giving plenty of notice for any holidays or medical appointments. She has also shown flexibility in offering to come at alternative times if something urgent arises for her or us. Joanne has also helped us considerably when we moved house, providing a deep clean to our old house and the property we moved into.

Joanne has cleaned for me for over seven years now. She is reliable and trustworthy and her standard of work is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending her, in fact, I already have to a number of friends and family who are all equally happy.

Joanne is fabulous! Reliable, extremely trustworthy, great value for money and does a magnificent cleaning job. I don’t know how I managed before. I would highly recommend her cleaning services to all!
