I normally don't do reviews but I am making an exception ro this because going to this shop waa a costly mistake. I took two laptops in for repair and both costing me nearly £300. This happened a while back. The technician was unable to repair the accer laptop but did not decline. He went ahead to patch up the WiFi antenna even though he knew that the signal would still be very weak and would not connect to the internet properly. When I brought it back to him the second time, he attached a booster as you can see in the photos and made me to understand that, it was the best case scenario for the laptop. The second repair related to my dynabook which was less than a year old at the time. The screen was badly broken and need a replacement. While he replaced my screen, he also went ahead and removed the original battery that came with the laptop, then put in a damaged one. When I got home with this laptop, it'll will only work when plugged in to a charger. I took it back to him and he claimed to have replaced the screen only, and that the battery had stopped working for some reason. He said there was nothing he could do about it especially as it was very difficult to get hold of and buy a replacement battery. That I will just have to manage it the way it is. I have been desperate to get these laptops back into use so that I could give it to a family member. So I took it to a different certified technician. Today, they have told me that the WiFi antenna running in the accer laptop needed to be replaced but this shop collected my money and patched it up. So the guy ended up giving me a booster claiming it to be a goodwill gesture, as he would normally charge £10 for it. I remember telling these guys that they should never have done any repairs on both laptops because the laptops are only working partially. The money I had spent altogether (nearly £300) would've been put into greater use by buying a brand new laptop. As for the dynobook, these guys took out its original battery (probably sold it) and replaced it with a damaged one. This new technician has checked the information with the manufacturer and confirmed this to be the case. This happened a while back so the only thing I can do now is warn others not to fall for the same sham repairs ⚠️ I wish I could give it a 0 star. PS: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION ON ANY REPAIR WORK TO BE DONE!!!!

the owner is amazing very friendly he fixes pretty much everything ranging from laptops to playstations to phones and many more he puts the needs of customers first and is willing to come to an agreed price if u ask for discounts they may also offer discounts depending on the product they can also fix old products which is very good as not many companies do that they definitely stand out and they’ve been helping my friends for last few years and they’ve been very kind with the prices.
